The Terms and Conditions outlined below govern the rules for receiving services and making purchases through the Maevesphere online platform operated by Anna Maeve Moss, under the brand name Maevesphere, based in London, United Kingdom. Maevesphere provides Reiki, distant Reiki, coaching, and a range of creative products to clients and customers worldwide, with operations managed from London.

This document details the process for booking services or purchasing products, entering into agreements, the nature of services and products offered, payment options, and terms for electronic service delivery. It also includes information on complaints and consumer rights, in accordance with UK and EU laws applicable to distance contracts.

1. Definitions

  • Consumer: An individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession (per UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive).

  • Client/Customer: Any individual or entity booking a service or purchasing a product.

  • Services: Distant Reiki and coaching provided remotely via digital communication platforms.

  • Products: Physical items (e.g., art prints, journals) and digital items (e.g., e-books, creative content) sold via our online shop.

  • We/Us: Maevesphere, operated by Maeve in London, UK.

 

2. Services Offered

Maevesphere provides distant Reiki and coaching services delivered remotely via digital communication platforms. These services may include individual sessions or multi-session packages, potentially accompanied by additional materials such as affirmations, guided meditations, or personalized artwork, depending on the offering at the time of booking. Specific service details, including frequency, content, and any supplementary items, are subject to change and will be mutually agreed upon via email or video/voice consultation. Services are available to clients worldwide.

3. Products Offered

Maevesphere offers a variety of physical products (e.g., art prints, journals) and digital products (e.g., e-books, creative content) through our online shop. Product offerings may vary, with details and pricing confirmed at purchase.

4. Booking and Purchasing

  • Service Booking: Book via our website form or email; confirmation is sent by email.

  • Product Orders: Place orders via our website; delivery details are outlined in our Shipping and Returns policy.

  • Payment: Full payment is due upfront via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or offline methods (in GBP). Installments are available for service packages; all agreed payments must be completed, regardless of service use. Pricing is subject to change and confirmed at booking or purchase.

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds (Services)

  • Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule services with 24-hour notice. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session with no refund.

  • Refunds: No refunds after a session begins. A 14-day cooling-off period applies to multi-session bookings (per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), refundable if no sessions have started. Installment commitments remain binding.

6. Client Responsibilities (Services)

  • Ensure a quiet space, stable internet, and a device suitable for digital communication platforms. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, or heavy meals 2-3 hours prior.

  • Complete a health questionnaire before your first session (mandatory). Post-session feedback is optional.

  • Clients must be 18+ (or have parental consent if under 18). Pregnant clients must be 12+ weeks along.

 

7. Nature of Services

Maevesphere offers Reiki and coaching as complementary practices to support relaxation, energy balance, and personal growth. They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. If serious issues (e.g., suicidal thoughts) arise, we’ll refer you to professionals and may pause services.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • Service Materials: We retain ownership of affirmations, guided meditations, or other materials provided with services. Clients receive a personal-use license; reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires written consent.

  • Artwork and Products: Maevesphere owns all rights to artwork (from services or shop) and digital content. Customers purchase for personal use only; trading, selling, or profiting requires mutual written agreement (per UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988).

 

9. Liability

  • Services: We’re not liable for outcomes or effectiveness, as experiences vary. Technical disruptions (e.g., client internet issues) are not our responsibility.

  • Products: Liability for products is addressed in our Shipping and Returns policy.

  • Force Majeure: We’re not liable for delays/cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., illness, emergencies). Services will be rescheduled where feasible.

 

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data: We collect names, emails, addresses (for shipping), and health details (for services) via forms/questionnaires, stored securely per UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

  • Consent: Booking implies consent for distant energy work or order processing, reinforced verbally/in writing.

  • Use: Data is used solely for service delivery, feedback reports, and order fulfillment. See our Privacy Policy. 

 

11. Conduct

Services and transactions require mutual respect and professionalism. Clients must complete questionnaires accurately. We reserve the right to refuse/terminate services or orders for breaches or safety concerns.

 

12. Consumer Rights

  • UK/EU/Global Consumers: You have statutory rights under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, including 14-day withdrawal for distance contracts (except digital content once accessed). 13. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under this jurisdiction, with EU consumer protections applied where relevant.
